Bahamas Department Of Agriculture :  Lucayan Tropical Produce works closely with the Director’s Office.  This office coordinates agricultural permits, recommends duty concessions to the Ministry of Finance, and establishes standards for food safety and security in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. 

BAIC :  The Bahamas Agricultural & Industrial Corporation is a quasi-government agency that was established through an Act of Parliament in 1981 and became operational in 1982.  Its mission is to stimulate and encourage the creation, expansion and promotion of small and medium sized businesses, thereby facilitating employment and import substitution.
